Wholearth Farmstudio
Wholearth Farmstudio grows heirloom vegetables and raises heritage breed livestock such as Shropshire sheep, Bourbon Red and Wishard Bronze turkeys, Dark Cornish, Jersey Giant chickens and pastured Tamworth pork, which are on the Slow Food Ark of Taste list for good reason. They also offer seasonal local products at their Farm Market store; have sustainable themed workshops and hold zero-mile field-to-table gourmet food celebrations uniting local chefs, guests and farmers (Heritage Harvest Feast).
